Top Floor Beautifully Renovated Condo near Beaches

The living/dining/kitchen area has been renovated in 2019, with open plan. New kitchen cabinets, stove/cooker and sink makes this apartment truly comfortable and relaxing with a large fridge. Every year the apartment receives some sort of new update - whether it be a new cabin, cookery & cutlery, towels etc.

Apartment 421 is located on the cool and breezy quiet fourth floor, with lush garden and sea views. The decor is fresh and modern with all the modern conveniences you would expect to find in your home-away-from-home. It is perfect way to relax on your vacation in Barbados.

The apartment is fully furnished, with AC in the bedroom and fans throughout the apartment. We provide good quality linens and towels. There is high speed internet/wifi in the apartment, cable TV, and a safe for your convenience.

For stays less than 5 days, please contact me. It may be possible to accommodate you between existing reservations.

Golden View is set in a tropical garden and boasts a large communal swimming pool and pool side bar and restaurant, 24 hour security, lift/elevator access, laundry facilities & library.

Housekeeping is provided for bookings over 5 days. Additional days can be arranged at your request.

Beaches and all amenities are a short walk or drive away and taxis and pubic transport are easily accessible.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Fantastic location, responsive host and a delight to deal with. Golden View apartments are perfect for a couple or solo travellers, security on site, reception desk, pool with loungers, peaceful grounds to relax in. Will definitely be staying again!

Excellent stay

Very clean and well equipped. A couple of items could be replaced for example the clothes horse and the odd chipped piece of crockery. But over I would recommend this property and would stay there again. The swimming pool perfect.

A beautiful apartment

Such a gorgeous apartment, exactly like the pictures. If you enjoy the calmness of white decor and absolute cleanliness, this is the place to stay. Sonia, the cleaner was exceptional and thorough and performed a weekly clean to a very high standard. Lisa, the owner was just lovely. So helpful and so kind. It was a magical stay!

Relaxing home away from home

Lisa, our family so appreciated your flexibilty in regard to switching rooms amongst us. Our son and daughter in law were very comfortable and happy in 421. Being on a higher floor was lovely, breezy and the balcony loungers made for a perfect spot to enjoy beautiful sunsets. Thank you so much.

A Hidden Gem

Lovely Apartment

A very clean, modern, well maintained 1 bedroom unit which contained everything you could possibly need, - and more! - highly recommended. We have been visiting Barbados for over 30 years and this unit ranks very high. Situated close to the beach, it has a large pool, an on-site Chinese restaurant & bar and an enormous area which is used for sunbathing or just general relaxing; - there's no shortage of sun beds.

Cool modern holiday home

This is such a well equipped and totally ‘cool’ apartment. My daughter and I so enjoyed staying here in April. It is more money than other apartments but totally worth the extra. In such a hot climate the apartment had such a feeling of space. The ceiling fans and air conditioning in the bedroom were fantastic. Also the wonderful comfy settees on the balcony plus small table with 2 chairs were so well thought out. We will be back!!

Lovely apartment, clean, modern and great location for Holetown Lisa is very attentive to detail and looks after everything for you Although only one bedroom there is plenty of space and a great view from the balcony. It is a quiet location with well maintained gardens and grounds. Although we did not use the pool or restaurant, the area was large and enough beds available around the pool We would certainly return to this apartment

Lovely property with excellent facilities. Well equipped and very comfortable.

Apartment is close to all local amenities and offers quiet and peaceful surroundings. Owner was very helpful and friendly and provided good information and welcomed any feedback about the apartment. Lovely pool on site and well kept gardens. Good security and friendly staff on reception. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
