We are adult only sorry: No children, No Babies, No Pets: No Exceptions: Exit our building and you’re on the Beach! Safety Box, Cable TV Package, Hot Internet, Hot Water, Ultra Comfortable Pillow Top Mattress, 4 Cushy Pillow and 2 of them are Gel/Foam Orthopedic Pillows to lend support to your neck, you will be pleasantly surprised. Just like a Hotel, we give you an Initial supply of Toilet tissue, Bath Soap, Shampoo, Body Lotion:: PLUS Dish soap, and Laundry Detergent,: Inside your refrigerator is Bottled Water, Bottle of Juice, Coffee, Sugar, and a Snack pack that you don't have to pay! The balcony has a Designer Italian patio table and two ultra Comfortable High Back Chairs. (See Pictures) This is really nice as it give you elevation to take in all of the Beach, the action, the energy and incredible beach feeling. We are on floor 4, So Enjoy the Sunset right on the balcony with wine and cheese and the View is FAR better than any bar or place down on the street at beach level. I promise you, stay with me one time and you will stay with me forever, the units are that good. Final note: You can pay more money or less money to stay in beachfront in Rodadero, but no matter what you pay nothing can touch what I offer. I am a Licensed Architect, and very Picky. So when you stay with me, my special mandates that have to meet Western Standards, Our requirements are much higher than anyone you have ever stayed with before. The staff in the Condo is beyond reproach, Security ultra benevolent people who are very concerned about you and take pride in serving you. This is a very special Condo unlike most others: Gorgeous Lobby, Fountain, Live Fish pool, One of the Top Rated restaurants in town in our building direct Elevated ocean Front. Your welcome you not only as a guest, but also as a future friend and contact! The building security does require a wrist bracelet for Control in the building and the cost is very low its one time cost This is norm safety. Note all good condos use the same security system on the beach , its not just our building. We want this to be an experience not just a place you sleep!

You have two Access points the lobby entrance and a beach Entrance to the lower level Showers! The Beach ingress and egress point is as good as it gets. Private door and they buzz you in via the Video Camera: This is very nice as you can get the salt/sand off before you ascend in the elevator to the unit. This keeps the condo cleaner during your tenure!

Other things to note
This is the Main Beach Community. It feels like a beach, Smells like a Beach (Salt Air) and this is the Top location as it is in the Direct Center of El Rodadero Main Public Beach. All the Action is here, Romantic Horse Drawn Carriages, Low Priced Restaurants with Excellent Food and wine, Shopping Bazaars so buy a new Swimsuit here. Internet Cafe next door if you need to call long distance or make copies or do some work you forgot. Taxis virtually everywhere instantly as it is a Resort. Beach Chair Rentals, Beach Foot Massage: Fake Tattoo’s, Banana Tube Boat, Jet Skis, Health Clubs, Yacht Rental, Kayak, Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Swimming, Fishing, Ceviche made that hour, Coco Loco Cocktails made to order. Tours to Tyrona, Minca River Tours, Sierra Nevada Mountain Tours, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Beaches, Playa Grande Island, Playa Blanca, and many others to select from: Santa Marta Night life 15 minutes away. Historical District great spot for night all there if you prefer. El Rodadero is the absolute Top Beach in Santa Marta Colombia, make no mistake this is it.
