Three Bedroom: King in master, two full beds in second bedroom, king in third bedroom, sleeper sofa in living area. Maximum occupancy is 10.

Boat launch, slips, and boat/trailer parking is located close by at Lake Lynden B. Johnson Marina.

Family get away

We had a great stay for 2 nights. Hiked in state parks. Kids loved the swimming pool. Only issue was not enough hot water for showers. Hope to come back.

Nice and cozy getaway with the girls!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay! Staff was friendly and the property was well kept and extremely close to downtown where many cute shops and great eats were located! The three-bedroom suite we rented was very spacious and well stocked. Our only critiques are that we had to pay extra for WIFI (unexpected), and the mounted flat screen in the living room was small for such a large space.

Great option for a family visit!

I did not consider a resort initially, but I am glad I chose this property. The amenities we better than expected. This had comforts of home with views. We were impressed with the space we had. Everyone had enough personal space. We will be back. :)

Nice place to celebrate anniversary

We had a great time and enjoyed staying at this property. The unit was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We were comfortable and had four of our closest friends help celebrate our anniversary, and they also enjoyed their stay. The only thing I would have liked was a later checkout (10AM). Other than that, we would definitely consider staying here again. It’s very convenient to restaurants and sites in Marbles Falls, and makes a great base for visiting surrounding Texas High Country towns.

Hi ! We had a great quick trip to Marble Falls. The unit was very nice and 5 minutes from downtown . We rented a 3 bedroom unit that is like an apartment . The check in and check out was quite easy . The hot tub and activity / fitness areas were closed due to Covid and social distancing . However , the swimming pool was open by appointment only once a day . Although we didn’t swim , it was nice to just sit at the pool area in the evening as it’s well lit . We would stay here again for sure .

Huge Spaces for Family

This place was way too large for just my husband and me! But it had a good gym, hot tub, heated pool, game room, and was very close to the town. It would be a great getaway for a family!

Had an overall great stay! We had an odor in our condo when we arrived and the staff did a good job trying to get it out but unfortunately didn’t work. Also, we weren’t communicated to about the restrictions for all the amenities until we checked in. Other than that the staff was very nice and helpful and the location and condos themselves were awesome! We would definitely go back!

Misleading. Bldg 4 & 5 have no good view of the river! Only bldg 3. They moved us from 4 to 5 with only slightly better view. Only fan was in the master. It got stuffy with 5 people and so we would turn down the air only to find that it was being controlled remotely back up to 72. Furniture was really uncomfortable. Staff was nice. Workout room was ok except no cups for water. Just having a hard time seeing this as 5 stars.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The unit was clean and had beautiful views that overlooked the lake. There were plenty of activities on the property including swimming pool, hot tub, splashpad, playground, pool table, shuffleboard, fittness room and grill areas. We were disappointed however, that the the pool and hottub didnt stay open later than 10PM. Our only true "complaint" is in regard to Wyndham/RCI; They invited us to a 90 minute timeshare sales pitch, in which we said NO. They never pressured us, and we were very happy about that. However, a week later we got an offer from them in the mail, indicating that they had run our credit report without our consent. Very irritating!! Regardless, we will be back for another visit!
