About this space
Guests will have a great time at this home because it is centrally located in Concan on River Road. Hippie Chicks bar and restaurant, public swimming pool and other attractions are walking distance or a very short drive. There is also a walking trail directly behind the house.
The space
There is a master with King bed, second room with 2 full beds and third bed room with queen size bunk beds. Guests also enjoy 2 full size bathrooms.
Guest access
May use everything and welcome to spices and everything in kitchen pantry.
Other things to note
There is also a fun and relaxing walking trail that starts directly behind the house that is also scenic. Garner state park is a 10 to 15 minute drive.

My overall stay was good! Host provided snacks, toiletries, medicine, etc., to really go above and beyond. I will say, there were many spiders indoors - taking into account that spiders come with nature- a few too many to be considered “normal.” The shower in the secondary bathroom had no hot water, upsetting that we paid for 2 bathrooms but could not utilize the full 2nd bath. Luckily we were able to invade the space of our company in their bathroom, because it was not resolved during our stay. Aside from those details, the house was lovely, beautiful location- very convenient to float the Frio, exceptionally stocked with household items, and Sara was very timely in responses and kind.
