Step in to some of Sedalia's history by staying at the property formerly known as the Chaney Seed Company. This peaceful home rests on 9 acres of lush greenery. Relax in vintage farmhouse charm (with some modern comforts) while reflecting on simpler times. Nestled just outside of city limits, but only a few minutes from the Katy Trail, Missouri State Fairgrounds, historic downtown, dining, and shopping! There's plenty of parking.

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please gather towels to laundry area and start a load of white towels.

Please turn off lights and fans. Turn off portable A/C unit on the second level. Please ensure that oven, stove, and coffee maker are off.

Kitchen and bathroom trash should be placed in outdoor bin next to the rear entrance.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please do not access any of the outbuildings or the basement.

The host and the home were amazing. All 9f the Amenities were great except for the television. This home is definitely perfect for family bonding which we loved. I would definitely recommend this home again.
