Enclave at Naples is a gated condo community surrounded by nature preserves and upscale golf and country club neighborhoods. It has easy access to main roads and is just a few miles from Gulf Coast beaches and downtown Naples. This is a fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the second floor of a three-story building, available for short-term or seasonal rental, 1 Month at a Time. You'll find lush, well-kept grounds, on-site security, and a calm atmosphere. The property features a pool, hot tub, tennis/pickleball court, racquetball court, billiards room, and a fitness facility for your enjoyment. This Property is a minimum month-to-month rental. There are two applications that need to be completed and returned before your stay. The first is for the Condominium Association "Enclave at Naples", and the second is for the owner. We also require a $1000.00 refundable deposit for incidentals.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please return ALL keys/fobs to the key hook at the door.

Please make sure the thermostat is set to 75°F.

Please double-check that you have retrieve all personal items.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please dispose of garbage in the community dumpsters located in the center of the parking lot.

No smoking or Vaping Allowed, and toilet paper only is to be flushed in the toilets.

All guests are required to complete and return two agreements: the first is for the Condominium Association, and the second is for the owner.
