The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please make sure to close the garage door before you leave and put garage opener back on the key rack next to the front door.
Double-check your belongings before leaving and close the front door securely. It will auto-lock after 2 minutes. Lock code will expire at check-out time, and you will not be able to return inside.
Upon check-out, please make sure stove and lights are off, there are no dirty dishes, used towels are in the hampers, and the trash bags are put in the bins outside the house, No need to replace bags.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I’ve worked for American Airlines for nearly 30 years and am looking forward to retirement soon. I chose this neighborhood and home because it’s peaceful and welcoming—a great place for families and travelers. Hopefully that will last a while, because Princeton is now the fastest growing city in the US! My son handles all of the day-to-day bookings and guest communications. He takes great care of the property and makes sure every guest has a smooth, comfortable stay. We’re excited to host you and help you feel right at home.

This neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. It’s close to Walmart and some great local restaurants like authentic Mexican spots and BBQ. Historic downtown McKinney and Lake Lavon are just a short drive away, making it a great base for exploring. We love the balance of convenience and calm here. It's close to all of the big cities nearby, but ever so slightly out of the way for that much needed peace and comfort.
