Disliked: Cleanliness
Location of the property was great, check-in process was smooth and host always replied very quickly. Property came nicely equiped with everything that you would need. Be prepared to walk quite a few stairs to get to the door from the parking spot and bring a flashlight when walking in the dark. Path does have some lighting however it could use more. In the pictures the property looks great, in reality it fine. Lots of touchup paint spots on most walls, so many that a new coat of paint everywhere would make it much better. The only issue we had was the overall cleanliness of the place. The cleaning crew that takes care of the place really dropped the ball here. From dust all over the place (especially the closets, including the laundry closet), dead bugs in light fixtures, old sock on the closet floor and others this really disappointed. We can't fully blame the host, our guess is the cleaning crew just cuts a lot of corners.

Reasonably priced townhome near camelback. Location close to shopping and parks. House was not great choice with elderly parent and small children. Lots of steps to go property and bathrooms and bedrooms not on main level. Air conditioning units could not keep up with house but they sent us fans to help out.

The Condo was right on Camelback mountain, checkin was smooth and easy. We enjoyed staying at the resort and participating in all the activities the mountain offers in the summer. It was not negative, but be aware you park a level above the condo and take outside stairs down to a walkway to get to this unit. Overall great experience.
