VR365 did a great job communicating with us although the door code they sent did not work and we had to call them to resolve it. The home is exactly as pictured. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub was great, there were pet towels and pet bowls. If you are looking for a heated bathroom floor in the master it does not exist. Overall, I would consider staying here again.
