This ancient property was once part of the local castle, set in a beautiful old Italian village in the Apeninne mountains, it offers 3 double bedroom, 2 bathroom, open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. Underneath the main living area is a 'dungeon', (party room) with bar, dining tables and seating area with wood burning stove for cooler months. Outside there is a courtyard for dining and bbq area, and a small pool, ideal to cool off with a glass of Prosecco. For larger groups it can be rented with it's neighbour 'Casa Santini 1' and can sleep 10+ people.
