About this property

3 bedroom bungalow with huge lanai and fenced in yard on quiet cul-de-sac

Great location for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. I love to cook, so the kitchen is well equipped. Most guests have commented on how they love to eat, exercise or just relax on the huge sunroom. There is a huge fenced in yard, perfect for pets. For those nights when you feel like barbecuing, we provide a propane barbecue grill. Great entertainment is nearby. The Barbra Mann Theater often hosts some of the vocal groups we love. For live dinner theater the Broadway Palm Theater is just down the street. We often go to The Stage, for dinner, great entertainment, and dancing. Guests have often told us how they loved dining on the water at Joe's Crab Shack and the Parrot Key. We often go to the community pool, an Olympic size pool a 5 minute drive away.

On the weekends it is fun to go to Fleamasters, a large flea market about 15 minutes away. Downtown Fort Myers, about 20 minutes away, is a great place to walk along "The River", with it's great restaurants and shopping.

Our house is the last home on a dead end street, so there is virtually no traffic to keep you up at nights.

Love this place!!!

This home is very cozy and has everything we need 😎 This location is perfect for everywhere we need to go!🚙 Puppies love this back yard!!! It’s a great size for our dogs to run and play!!🐶 Sally and her husband are wonderful hosts❤️ We will recommend them to everyone!

Month Long Stay

We stayed here for a month while family was in town and it was a lovely home. Property manager easy to get in contact with and always kept us up to date when things occurred with the property or in the area. Would 100% recommend.

Our home away from home

We wanted a comfortable place where we could be "snowbirds", yet feel at home and enjoy the city we were in. This house met all those requirements and also welcomed our pet. It was within reach of many restaurants and shopping areas as well as good local establishments. We enjoyed our 3 months in the large lanai too, sunny and warm.

Comfortable home with a wonderful screened in porch

We enjoyed the house and the owners were wonderful. They were great to work with and answered any question we had. It was nice that the house was at the end of street, not a lot of traffic. Liked that it was pet friendly. We would love to stay there again.

As advertised

A very nice place to stay at in Lehigh Acres. We were able to make ourselves at home for the couple of weeks that we needed to stay there until we could close on our house. Is everything about the place perfect? Not necessarily. But for the cost of the stay and the duration of the stay, it's pretty much everything you could ask for.

We Enjoyed Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay! The screened porch and fenced yard were an added enjoyment for us and our dog. The house is located at the end of a quiet dead-end street, and it was easy to get to. It was also located in a convenient area to get to other places. We were there for ten days, and it was a nice getaway from our cold Minnesota winter!

Comfort family home with fabulous screened porch

The home was a comfortable family home with a great screen porch overlooking the fenced backyard. My dogs loved the yard and we loved the quiet neighborhood. It was an easy drive to stores and restaurants. The community pool was lovely.

Owners were very responsive home was as listed quiet neighborhood great for the kids to play. We enjoyed staying here as we got our home ready we had bought in the area. Kitchen well equipped I would suggest a few plastic cups and plates that are washable as glass isn’t very kid friendly but overall we loved it thank you

We stayed here for about 2 weeks waiting to close on a home purchase. This house was perfect for our needs and very conveniently located near major stores and downtown Ft Myers. The kitchen was well stocked and having a pantry with items we could use on arrival was great. The owners just ask that you replace what you use. Our golden retriever loved the large, fenced yard. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful holiday!!

My husband and I stayed for the month of March 2022. We travelled with our fur baby. We were very comfortable in this home. Had everything we needed plus extras. Very well kept property in and out, also very clean. Loved the large Lanai that was so well furnished. We felt very secure there with the security features that were installed on the property. Lovely fenced in back yard for our dog to wander. Neighbourhood was well looked after and the neighbours were very quiet and friendly. The owners were so nice to us and informed us of happenings in Canada regarding Covid restrictions. We were in touch with them a couple of times just to let each other know how things were going. Very approachable people and so very friendly. Most highly recommend this place!! We also hope to return.

great property loved the big lanai and the back yard very quiet and homey feel on a dead end road so that was nice. host were very apt to answer any questions we had and keep us informed on people coming over to do any thing at the house. will stay again

Don't waste your money

Very disappointed. Well taken photos portray the property in a much better light than the reality. Patched mattress in one bedroom. Plywood used to support all mattresses. Ancient stove. Live and dead roaches a common sight. TV not working upon arrival. Bed covers all had horrible smell and had to be washed immediately. Windows are all sealed shut making it unsafe to exit in the event of fire. Blinds can not be raised or lowered. May want to replace mattresses.

Temporary home

I just moved to the area for work. I needed a place to stay while my home was being built. This house was perfect. Love that it had three bedrooms and a fenced in yard for my two dogs. The price couldn't be beat and it is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. Fort Myers beach is less than hour away too.

Good choice if you have dogs

We rented for 3 months while our house was built. Not many places will take two large dogs. Thankfully they did & also had a fenced yard. Owner is very responsive to issues. We had a few & all were fixed promptly. It is hard to keep the home clean with the yard mostly sand, dirt, weeds & some grass. I vacuumed the tile floor every day . Price is reasonable for what you get. Neighbors are quiet & friendly.

A little upset

On arrival to the property, the bathroom had open AND used products in the showers (body wash, hair products) along with Open razors (UNSANITARY!!!). The bathroom did not come with toilet paper. There were multiple LIVE roaches found in the home that we had to kill during our stay (found in the living room, kitchen, a bedroom and garage where the washer and dryer are located). There was food already in the fridge and freezer. As far as location, The roads In the neighborhood to get to the house flood often and made it hard to get to and from due to use having a low car (nissan). But the home IS relatively close to stores and fort myers. The beds are uncomfortable. As far as positives: The Florida room is large and relaxing. The house does come with WiFi and 2 TVs. The washer and dryer work fine. Coffee machine. Toaster and toaster oven.

Feels like home

Our trip was very last minute and not something that was planned. The owners replied right away and have been wonderful. When you walk in you just feel like your home. My dog was also welcome and super happy with the huge totally fenced in back yard. Very quite and safe neighborhood on a dead end street. Anything you could need is right here! The sheets on the beds are so soft. The screened lanai Is very large we spent many hours out there and with two ceiling fans even with the Florida heat it is still enjoyable. Washer and dryer have definitely came in handy. After the crazy bad week we had before coming here being able to cook my family dinner was a blessing. Didn’t have to search for stuff in the kitchen everything is right where it should be. The grill was a added wonderful touch as we love to grill. The kitchen has everything you need and more.

We fell in love with this home because of its location, its great layout, huge lanai, and large fenced in yard. It is the last house on a quiet cul-de-sac, so we have little traffic or noise.
