Unit 23: Deluxe Beachfront Suite
Located on the ground floor, this deluxe one-bedroom suite opens into our beautiful Tropical Courtyard and includes a living room with flat screen TV, full mini-kitchen with 4 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all utensils and service, table with chairs, a separate bedroom with a Queen bed & TV, plus a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, and a private bath with shower. While not a Gulf View suite you can see the water when you step outside your door as the Tropical Courtyard opens directly onto the beach. In addition, this unit is centrally located and just steps from the beach, pool, parking and boat docks. This suite sleeps up to 4 guests.
