We invite you to 'Stay at Scenic Drive' — a relaxing lakefront retreat tucked into a quiet, protected cove near the Bagnell Dam at Lake of the Ozarks. Whether you're sipping coffee on the patio, roasting marshmallows by the firepit, or floating with the kids just off the dock, this property is designed for laid-back lake days and unforgettable memories.
This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably sleeps 6 adult guests (& up to 10 total guests with hosts approval). It sits on a gentle, park-like lot with easy access to the water. The home features two separate living spaces (including the walkout lower level), an updated kitchen, and everything you need for a carefree stay — including WiFi, dual Kuerig (grounds & k-cup options) a washer/dryer, and smart TVs.
Outside, you’ll find a private dock with two covered boat slips, a bar area w/TV & mini fridge, swim platform, fish cleaning station, fishing rod holders, and easy in/out ladder — all nestled in a calm cove that’s perfect for swimming, floating, fishing, or just unwinding in the sun.
The long fairly flat drive provides plenty of space for vehicles, trailers, or lake toys. Currently space open for at least 3 vehicles. Message us if you are needing more!

We're a family from Iowa who's been making memories at Lake of the Ozarks for over a decade. It's our favorite place to unwind, float or fish in a cove, and spend quality time together. We’re thrilled to now share that experience with others through Stay at Scenic Dr—a cozy, peaceful spot where you can slow down, soak up the lake life, and enjoy time with the people who matter most. We hope it becomes a special place for your family too.
Why they chose this property
We wanted a spot where we could enjoy the best of both worlds—quiet lake days and easy access to everything the area has to offer. This neighborhood gave us exactly that. We love being just 10 minutes from the Strip, restaurants, and shops, while still being tucked away in a peaceful cove. It’s the kind of place where you can spend the day floating with the family, then head into town for dinner or ice cream. Seeing the area continue to grow and improve makes it an even more exciting place to come back to year after year.

After years of staying at various homes at the lake and viewing dozens more, we knew what mattered most to us and hope you'll find our pick to be a perfect combination as well.
It starts with easy access and parking—a rare combo at the lake. You’ll enjoy paved, two-lane roads all the way to the driveway, and a relatively flat parking area that easily fits multiple vehicles or truck & trailer. The roads are typical lake windy but not as steep or narrow as many you may find.
Inside, it’s not oversized, but it’s clean, updated, and perfect for lake living. We love the fully remodeled kitchen —where you can enjoy the lake without feeling like you are roughing it.
And the dock and water access? That sealed the deal. The home sits in a protected cove within a cove, offering the perfect balance of quiet waters for floating and swimming, plus deep water (approx. 16 ft) off the dock. You get the calm, safe feel of a no-wake zone, but with a quick boat ride into Jackson Branch Cove, where you can tube or jet ski without venturing into the main channel. It’s truly the best of both worlds.
