This townhome was a perfect set up for my family. My son and his family stayed in the front room off the entryway that is very separate from the rest of the house and has its own mini fridge and coffee maker, perfect for a family with a toddler! The only issue was their video monitor couldn’t really connect with their app when in the main house area. The house was very clean and well situated for access to the amenities of SunRiver. These townhomes actually have their own tennis/pickleball courts, spa, pool and fitness area. While the home was nicely furnished, because it is a timeshare it lacks the homeyness of many rentals we’ve stayed at. The kitchenware (pots and pans) is very worn and there are no spices/oils and very little in the way of storage containers etc. Also the soap was those little bars you might get at a Motel 6 and the toilet paper was very low quality as well. For the that are charged, better quality amenities should be provided. In addition, the blankets were quite worn in the twin room. We would probably stay here again because of the layout and convenience, but the home amenities themselves could use a step up. Communication with the owners was easy and they were fast to respond, which was appreciated. Overall a pleasant stay.
