Cute and clean - exactly as advertised. This area in Rockaway is a nice quiet family neighborhood and I was surprised how much I could enjoy the sound of ocean waves and very little traffic noise -- quite pleasant, especially in the yard!

Property is a clean, well decorated, older single wide mobile home. Short 5 minute walk to excellent beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Quick drive to town. Does not have A/C, and we did not have portable fans, so the home got very warm during our August stay. Had to open windows and doors to cool down. Enjoyed the firepit at night - roasted hot dogs and s'mores were great.

This was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway. It was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and had a fenced yard for our fur baby. Had TV channels, access to Netflix and a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for such a cute place to stay!

This was an adorable stay in the middle of a traditional neighborhood. Close walk to the beach & Pronto Pup 😁 Comfy bed, adorable furnishings, great little fenced yard. Appreciated the washer and dryer. There wasn't a good way to move air so I'm glad I had brought a fan with me.... It helped pull in the cooler air from outside when it was a warm day and the inside had heated up to 79°. The fan pulled the air in and cooled it down to 71! Will definitely return for another stay!

Location was nice and quiet, nice to have windows that open for a good breeze. Washer was extremely hard to use. Poor communication with owner.
