Really nice, clean, and confy beds. Breath-taking view of the gulf, quite enjoyable sipping coffee. Happy surprise was the osmosis filter that provides good tasting drinking water. Saved us a lot of trips to the groceries. Will definetly book again.

Extremely nice condo. Very nice, comfortable, high-end furniture. Nice big screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Large, wide, beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. Couldn't be closer to the beach.

Beach Getaway

Very nice property for a small family. We having a family of three so it was perfect. Definitely would recommend staying here and plan on booking in the near future.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo and it had the most beautiful view of the beach.. Everything in the condo was clean and well kept for the exception of the shower head in the master bathroom. It would not stay in place and the water was spilling through the glass door and constantly created a puddle outside of the shower. Other than that, the place was very clean, very well kept and it had the most perfect view of the beach.

Very clean and comfortable unit with all necessities needed for cooking, showering and relaxing. Big tvs in all rooms, great balcony view and seating. Puzzles and games though we didn’t use. Only downside was shower door designs made it difficult to keep water from getting on floor/ soaking mats so had to change out each time. Property overall well maintained pool, hot tub beach access, grills, gates. Parking mostly convenient though obvious that maintenance and cleaning crews used most of the covered areas so limited available for residents and guests. Volleyball area a bit overgrown so possibly not used much and tennis court nets not up the entire week so also may not be used often. Beach service staff in front of condo was great! Friendly, efficient and helpful anytime we used it.

Very clean and great location!

This property is beautiful! Well kept and was very clean upon our arrival. Check in and check out was easy. The location is so close to the ocean and you can enjoy the sunrise.

Great place!

Loved the location! I loved being steps away from the beach and watching sunrises/sunsets from the balcony. The complex itself was quiet and felt safe. The pool was an added bonus for the kids. The hot tub however, wasn’t hot. Definitely would stay again!

Yearly Beach Trip

We have stayed at three different condos at Suntide II for our family beach trip. We have loved all of them. The view is amazing and you can see your family on the beach from the balcony. That’s the best thing about it for me.

A little outdated, clean but had a strange smell. We tried to air it out but it never went away. Great view of the beach. Access to the beach is a little difficult but good.

Great Location and Awesome View

This location is well described in the profile. When the called the property manager for additional information or help, they were right on top of our requests. Couple things to know: the parking area does not support golf carts so plan on having a rental car or use Uber; this location is on the beach; pack beach towels as the property won’t allow bath towels on the beach. This is a great spot to stay, easy access to local restaurants and bars.

South Padre Gem

What a lovely condo. We just wish we could have stayed longer. Check in was a breeze. Beds were a too firm for my preference. The queen in the second room is the softest bed in the condo. We love these properties that are not high rises as the beach area is always less crowded.

Gorgeous beach front condo

The kitchen in 303 is so nice! The master bath too. Loved our stay. Great view, big balcony, great location. More than enough clean towels. Cold AC, comfy couch! No complaints! (Bring your own sharp knife for cooking. Condo knives are always dull no matter where you go)

Perfect family getaway

The condo was wonderful! Clean and located just as described. Could not of had a better condo to stay! Called maintenance within 20 minutes of arrival. Was told a work order would be turned in and someone would be coming by the next day. Problem with sink was not fixed. We were there for 5 days and never heard back from them.

The kitchen pans were multiple in number but most were unusable. Teflon is a known carcinogen and not usable in poor condition. Rust is not desirable either. Not enough glasses. Master bed is really noisy on the beach side. One hair dryer caught fire. Everything else was great!!

The condo was clean and moderately well furnished. The refrigerator ice maker was not working.

Overall okay. Ice maker not working. Check out time is outrageous 10:30 am is too early. If one factors check in at 4:00pm and check out at 10:30 am then customer should pay for two half days.
