Our beautiful cottage boasts a outdoor hot tub and shower, screened in porch, grill, and kayaks with a kayak launch right on the dock. Docking is on us, with a new dock & 10k pound boat lift available April-December.

Arrive by boat at nearby island dining experiences at spots like Jug Creek Marina just one minute away, the Pink Elephant on Boca Grande or visit Cabbage Key, where the iconic Jimmy Buffett song "Cheeseburger in Paradise" found its inspiration. We have a 10,000 boat lift and dock. This lift is available for use by request. Boat size must be confirmed. There is a liability waiver for use of the lift.

The house was fantastic—modern, well-appointed, and extremely clean and organized. The host was easygoing and very accommodating, which made the stay even better. Having a lift with direct access to the bay was a huge plus and incredibly convenient. The location was perfect and wonderfully quiet. We’d absolutely stay here again.

We had a fishing charter scheduled out of Pineland Marina on a Saturday with some friends and we all stayed here for the weekend. It worked perfect for us. House was very clean and check in and check out process was easy. Would stay here again.
