LOCATION

Enjoy easy access to many of the Hot Springs area’s most popular destinations. Spend the day boating or relaxing at Lake Hamilton, floating the Caddo River, visiting Bathhouse Row, attending the races at Oaklawn, exploring downtown Hot Springs, or heading out to one of the area’s many outdoor attractions.

Then return to a newer home with room to spread out without being in the middle of the crowds.

We also have a separate 2-bedroom, 2-bath companion home on the same property that sleeps up to 4. The homes are within walking distance of one another, giving extended families or groups the option to stay close while still having separate accommodations.

• No unapproved visitors

• No smoking or vaping indoors or near doors or windows
• Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM
• Check-in after 4 PM
• Check-out by 11 AM
• Exterior security cameras monitor driveway and entry areas only
• Guests are responsible for damages during their reservation

This property is part of a larger residential property. Scheduled lawn care, utility work, or other outdoor maintenance may occasionally take place at nearby properties during daylight hours. Service personnel will not enter your rental or private guest areas.
