The property was nice. Not fancy or big but adequate for our family reunion (6 adults and 3 teens). The area is set up for parties. If looking for a party atmosphere this is your place. A lot of groups (bachelor, bachelorette, college parties going on). The host communicated well through the VRBO app. The house had most of the basic needs.The location is remote. Bring what you need with you as picking something up is a chore. Overall a very good experience.

Great host, very responsive. Flooding in the lower level was significant during a rainstorm; our things got soaked. Host did provide extra towels however. Does not have two king beds. Expensive for this space. Lovely appointed though.

Very nice unit and location especially with younger kids. I don’t think we would have found a better place on water where we could enjoy the beach and lake toys. We really appreciated the amenities and the communication with the management company was excellent. We ran out of propane gas and they were there quickly to give us more bottles before we needed it.
