Pacific Point Beachfront Spacious 6th fl. 1BR

A spacious 6th floor 1-bedroom in a new condominium. Located on the beach in the center of Jacó close to everything. The amenities include a lap pool, kids' pool, barbeque area, co-working space, and gym. there is a covered parking in the building as well as a parking outside. The building is family-friendly and well-secured with cameras in common areas.

No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property.
Our one-bedroom Oceanview apartment is fully equipped with fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and all appliances—a washer/dryer and a dishwasher.

Longer stays are welcome.

We hope staying in our place will help you experience everything Jacó has to offer.

Guests can use all amenities - gym, barbecue, and coworking space, with prior reservation.

Important: the lap pool will be closed for maintenance during 4-18 August. For these dates we offer reduced rates.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Only registered guests can stay in the apartment. Guest may bring visitors during the day to enjoy the sunset, please write to me for access.
