The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Valet trash runs Sunday-Thursday. The trash bin must be placed outside the front door no later than 6 pm. Only 2 bags allowed! Please place one bag in the bin and the other bag on top of the bin.
For each additional bag left outside, there will be a $75 fee incurred by the guest. This is what the tenant host is charged for additional bag fees.
Please do not make your bed. This lets us know what needs to be cleaned and what doesn't. Place all throws and blankets that are used in the bedroom floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The reason I chose Ballpark Apartments is because it seriously has everything. Incredible outdoor pool and lounging area, 24-hour gym access, seconds away from the ballpark, food & shopping; this place had it all. I am excited to share this property with others through VRBO!
