We take comments like yours extremely seriously, especially regarding cleanliness and safety. After receiving your review, we had the tub and bathroom fully inspected and professionally cleaned. No active black mold was found, but out of an abundance of caution we had all affected areas deep-cleaned, treated, and sealed, and the hot tub was drained, sanitized, and serviced. We’ve also: Replaced any missing lightbulbs Swapped out older pans for new ones Reviewed our cleaning checklist with our team to prevent these issues from recurring This is not the standard we strive for, and I truly regret that your stay fell short. Thank you again for bringing these items to our attention so we could address them promptly.
