Our family stay was phenomenal. We really loved the home and the intentionality of the host. She is mindful of small details like clean towels, coffee, snack bags my son loved, cozy rooms and beautiful decorations. I would stay again for sure.

5 stars is a perfect stay, so I give this place 4 stars. I will say that the host was great: wonderful communication prior to booking, post-booking pre-stay, but not quick communication when messaging during our stay. But I inquired about arriving early to accommodate our schedule as well as using the laundry facilities in the home and she allowed early check-in, even was kind enough to drop off detergent for us to use!The house overall was very clean no issues there. I gave it 4 stars for Family friendliness bc of the stairs. My husband slid down some of the stairs because they are carpeted and he had socks on. If you have little ones or very old ones, it might not be the best option for you because of the stairs.There’s only one shower, and my husband says this happens because it’s not installed properly. It squeaks very loudly with every step you take. Annoying. The neighborhood was fine, very quiet, dog walkers in the morning who were pleasant and polite.
