Our home is located in a convenient area with everything you need just moments away. A quick 2-minute drive will take you to a local grocery store, restaurants, a peaceful pond, and scenic walking trails.

Enjoy a seamless arrival with self-check-in using a secure door code. You will have the entire home to yourself, including a dedicated 2-car parking pad right out front. High-speed 1 GB Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.


Our multi-level home offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.

The main floor features a bright, open-concept living space. Unwind on the large sectional sofa for a movie night on the 65" Smart LED TV, or gather around the dining table for a shared meal. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a central island, has everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes.

Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms that sleep up to 10 adults. The master suite includes a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms each feature a cozy queen bed. For our youngest guests, we provide a pack 'n play crib, children's books and toys, and kid-friendly dinnerware.

Head down to the basement for the ultimate game room! Challenge your group to a game on the 8x4 pool table or convert it for a fast-paced round of ping pong. A selection of board games is also available for classic family fun. Please note the basement is a converted, unfinished space with exposed insulation.

Exploring the area is easy from this central location. A bus stop is just a 2-minute drive away.

A short 15-minute drive brings you to popular local spots like the Meadows Recreation Centre, Millwoods Town Centre mall, a spray park for the kids, and a skating rink.

Major city attractions are also within easy reach. The YEG Airport, the famous West Edmonton Mall, and Fort Edmonton Park are all approximately 25 minutes away by car.

3. As a pet-friendly home, please note that this may not be the ideal space for guests with severe pet allergies or those who require a pet-free environment. The backyard is currently not fenced.
4. For security purposes, the guest who checks in must provide a government-issued ID.
5. For the safety and security of our property, outdoor-only security cameras are installed on the premises.
6. The home is equipped with a noise monitoring device. Please be assured it only measures decibel levels and does not record or store any conversations or sounds.
