This place was below average for the standard of past vbros and rentals I have stayed at in the past. I do agree that I chose on the cheaper side for a party of 4 but even for the price we paid, it was only an ok stay. The neighborhood location is a little ghetto around the block and you’ll see that as you drive through to get to the apt. The place itself could be better managed. The roll out bed had stains on it and so did the couch bed. The toilet paper is one of the thinnest toliet paper ever and host didn’t bother to place a new roll upon arrival. It was prob just from the past booking. We also booked for four and we had to set up the roll out bed downstairs and figure out where all of the beddings were located.My group also noticed a leak in the bottom bathroom coming from the wall. The host said it should have came down from the upstairs bathroom from water that we had probably let slip from the floor above. We don’t think this is true, but I guess that’s for the next guest or host to figure out. The nice things the host left us was some wine, popcorn and some chips. Along with some hand wipes. That was cool. Overall the place has some potential. Just would recommend the host to invest a little more. The location to nyc is listed at 20 min but to get there you’d have to bus and then ride train to nyc from this location. Lyfts and Ubers directly to nyc from this location was always min 50 and up as an FYI.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was family friendly, super clean, and even pet friendly, which made our trip so much easier. The host was very attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, and although parking was on the street, we always found a spot without any trouble. Highly recommend.
