50's Duplex Home In Moses Lake Washington Near Downtown & Lake

This vacation rental is the entire left side home, about 1,000 sq feet with 2 bedrooms, 1 very 50's mostly original bathroom (seriously, pink and white!), beautiful hardwood flooring, BIG TV in living room, smaller TVs in bedrooms, cable, high speed internet, large front and back yards (not fully fenced), attached garage available only on request, with stay over 2 weeks. Washer dryer IN the house, radiate heat with t/stat in each room, wall A/C in living room only, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, nice upscale furniture, desk work area in the living room, sitting space in backyard, walk-able to activity trail, lake, downtown and close to transit line.

Terrific place!

Perfect home away from home for the week. Close to shops, quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds & a lovely backyard! I thought the lack of the air conditioning in the bedrooms would be an issue, but it wasn't at all. We were perfectly comfortable the whole time. Dave was a delight to work with, thanks for everything Dave!

Our stay in Moses Lake was great thanks to this cute little duplex. It was clean and all the things you could need were provided, including condiments! We brought our 2 year old along with grandma so we could attend some concerts, and although he tried to touch everything, this location worked perfect for our family. Thank you Dave!

The home was clean & neat & well furnished. The air conditioning left a lot to be desired- not central air but a unit in the wall which didn't do much for the bedrooms. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Will probably stay again and hope another heat wave doesn't occur.
