Sherry was a great host and answered all of our questions. The house had a great location. We could ski in, and even though the Village Trail was closed, it was an easy walk up to the Village Trail bypass, which connected to the Boomerang Trail to ski out. The house has a new sofa that is large, comfortable, and can seat the whole group. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was all in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us.

The home was wonderful, cozy and had all the amenities our group needed and then some! Everything from toiletries in case you forgot something, to kitchen supplies was provided to make the stay easier. We were also supplied with Lenny of firewood for the nights by the fireplace. The bedrooms were spacious and slept our group with ease. The location was perfect! We were 5 minutes from the slopes. Our hosts were on top of everything and checked in on us before and during the trip to make sure we were happy, so hospitable. We really enjoyed our time and will definitely be staying here again for future visits!

Amazing place, and amazing hostess

This property was exactly as listed, if not more spacious. The location was perfect - I now only want to stay on ski on/ski off properties. Sherry was so accommodating with our group and was easy to get a hold of. I highly recommend this place for anyone with a large family/group. Additionally, there were plenty of linens, bedding, etc. for the listed amount of people so that was convenient.

Perfect location for skiing!

We had a wonderful time skiing and relaxing. The unit is in a perfect location for ski in/out. The house is stocked with just about anything you would need! It is great that we didn't have to worry about sheets, blankets, towels, etc. Communication with owner was great, she was very accommodating. Every time I use the Seven Springs mug I think about our trip! My family would definitely stay here again.

Delightful!

We went with two couples and two singles from our family. The place was well-stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed hiking, tennis and swimming on the property, and visited the nearby Flight 93 monument and also Ohiopyle. We brought most of our food and cooked; grocery stores are a bit of a hike, so come with what you need. The views were lovely, we enjoyed running around the property and hiking on the ski hills. Lots of fun!

Megan , You called me the week of asking for a full refund because you did not want to honor your rental agreement with us . You were fully informed of our cancellation and refund policy which is quite liberal and normal for VRBO . Full refund 30 days or more if cancelled and 50% 2 weeks or more . This is clearly written in our VRBO listing You. However demanded a full refund simply because you wanted to back out of the rental 5 days before you were due to begin your stay . I messaged you and called many times , offering you other weekends this year and your choice of a weekend next ski season . This wasn’t good enough for you . You then proceeded to call VRBO and flat out lied . You told them I said I would give you a full refund . I have all of our messages and not one time did I offer a full refund nor should I as you wanted to not honor our rental arrangement 5 days before it started . Clearly this does not confirm to our and most VRBO owners cancellation policy . I tried my best to work with you for other dates even though I had no obligation to do so . As far as the lift tickets issue . Yes I mistakenly thought you used several lift tickets ( which I provide as an added savings and benefit to all our renters ) . As soon as I learned this was an error I immediately refunded the money for those tickets . I can’t control the weather and it’s a risk any travelers assume when making vacation plans . You wanted to bail on the reservation simply because you changed your mind . That’s not acceptable .

Best Place in Seven Springs!

This place was absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be happier that we decided to stay here! Sherry was so helpful throughout our entire stay, and the condo had every amenity you could ask for! Shuttle service, pool, beautiful views - it was perfect! I can’t wait to visit again!
