The house was great. Handled our whole family (6 adults and one toddler). The kitchen had enough dishes and a full array of cooking utensils. We had plenty of room for board games. The downstairs air hockey was great for my 12 year old grandson who lives in KC. Overall a wonderful experience.
There were a few mishaps during our stay. There was no iron available initially, but one was delivered within 48 hours. We also discovered a mouse in the basement, which resulted in us having to move furniture to locate some pills and clothing that had ended up behind it.That being said, the inside of the house was great. It was spacious, and the games provided for entertainment were a lot of fun. There were TVs in every room, all in working order and plenty of outlets for charging devices. There was also a good selection of dishes and cooking supplies. The coffee pot selection was next level and we really appreciated the complimentary coffee. The washing machine and dryer also worked well. The main reasons I didn’t give 5 stars were the few issues mentioned above, especially since the iron and basement situation affected some of the reasons we were renting the property and i wish the outdoor space was cleaner. I also felt the neighborhood was less desirable than expected for the price we paid—not terrible, but not quite what we anticipated.Overall, the house itself was comfortable, spacious and well-equipped, and we enjoyed many aspects of our stay.
