Out back, enjoy the furnished porch with a full dining table, a cozy porch swing, and a propane grill—perfect for relaxing or grilling out in the evenings.

This is a non smoking house please do not throw cigarette butts in the yard. There is a can on the back porch for cigarette butts. If we have to clean this up there will be an additional charge. $50
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PETS. $100/day plus any damages.
Extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is found to be abnormally dirty. Fee will be based on cleaning amount.
Things happen. If any kitchenware is broken or lost please tell us so we can replace it. You will only be charged what it cost to replace
