Beautiful lake front house with gorgeous nature views. Situated on a corner lot.
Beautiful lake front property situated on North Lake at Sun City center. Corner lot offers additional privacy with a canal on the north side.

18 feet of sliding glass doors that open the house to the gorgeous view of North Lake. Walk out to the private screened in patio.
House is a large 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with a dedicated office ( that could function as a 3rd bedroom if needed).
The Florida room ( looking out over the lake), a living room in the front of the house, and a separate TV room. The front living room offers complete privacy if needed.
Most of the rooms can be isolated / closed off using the French doors.
The large screen-in lanai offers the best view on North Lake. The house sits on a corner lot we have a canal to our right ( acts as an inlet to the lake) and no neighbors to our right. The house is private and quiet.
Updated bathrooms and updated kichen with new stainless steel appliances. Whole house water softener.
The sliding glass doors take you outside to a screened in porch overlooking the lake. Also a large open deck outside looking out to the lake and the canal. Water views. A large TV room with a 65 inch flat screen, Florida room, living room, dining room. Very spacious home all under central air / heat.
Entire house has Terrazzo floor with no tripping points and easy to keep clean.
Two car garage and a long driveway.
Note: 2 x Sun City Activity cards included - which allows access to all amenities ( fitness center, tennis, swimming pools, clubs, etc).
