No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises or grounds. This includes outside of the town home and on balconies. Smoking is prohibited by the Home Owner's Association and fines will be charged if evidence of smoking is found inside or outside the property.
The owner brings their dog for one visit per year. Although the home is thoroughly cleaned regularly, we have to disclose this for anyone who might have a dog allergy.

We had a very nice time, excellent location, very close to snowflake lift. Service was outstanding and very prompt. We ran out of dish detergent and within an hour they brought us more. Hot tub was very clean and hot and very nice after skiing. I would definitely stay here again.

Three good size bedrooms each with own bathroom nearby. About a 200 yard walk to snowflake lift so close to ski in / ski out and roughly 10 min walk to downtown so all in all, pretty good location. Management very receptive to any issues.

Very convenient access to the Snowflake lift. Kitchen is well-stocked and beds were comfortable. Communication with property managers was excellent. We didn’t have any problems during our stay.
This townhouse was perfect for our two families. The bedrooms were great size and accommodated two couples and 4 kids perfectly. The property was very clean, spacious and well maintained. The location was amazing, as it's just a quick 2 minute walk to/from Snowflake lift and the rental store, where you can leave your rentals overnight for pickup the next day. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend.

The place was excellent. There was plenty of room for all occupants and the proximity to the chair lift was great. The hot tub was fantastic as well. Our only suggestion is to provide oven mitts and Tupperware in the kitchen. An outdoor grill would also be a nice addition.
The town house worked out perfectly! It was in a fantastic location across the street and a very short walk to the equipment rental and ski lift. We even walked into town for dinner. The unit was clean and spacious and we could even have fit another family. Everything including the hot tub was in working order. The communication was great and everything was super easy. My wife said it just needs to be updated a bit for decor, bedding and softer bedding. Regardless, we’d stay there again.

First Family Ski Trip to Breck

The location was secluded but accessible, the townhouse was spacious and well furnished and the hosts were very responsive. Highlander 324 turned out to be way better that I had hoped for. The home is very spacious (more than the pictures portray) and is very well maintained and clean. The location just across the street from the Snowflake lift and just a short walk to Main street was perfect. Having the garage to pull the car into and change out of snow gear after a long day was an added benefit. The hot tub was awesome and kept clean. Furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen is loaded with cookware, dishes and various cooking amenities. I will definitely keep this unit in find for future stays.
Unfortunately due to Summit County restrictions we had to book another 1BR to accommodate our full party. Thank you to Breckenridge Resort Managers for working with us on a second place. It was worth it watching my son propose to his fiancée in the Alpine Garden at minus 5 degrees!!!

We had the best time during our stay here! The location was absolutely perfect with being so close to snowflake lift and still being so walkable to the center of town. The place was super clean and had everything we needed to be able to cook dinner every night. Highly recommend staying here to anyone and we hope to stay again!
