The location was great. Easy to navigate and access. The place was very clean and smelled good. New furniture it looked like that was maintained. My only complaints were: some of the doors do not open/close properly, shower head/faucet do need to be changed out, flooring has some bubbling in certain areas, and you can hear every time walks above you or down the hallway. Overall if you do need a quick place to stay for a night, it does the trick.
The bed was very comfortable and the host Brittani was very accommodating. The area felt secure and was well lit. It was close to downtown, uptown, Greenville Street (so cute), and Baylor University Medical Center (BSWH) which is why I was there. The apartment is spacious for a one bedroom and the bed is comfortable. The walls are super thin so I was able to hear everyone talking in the hall and the side door shutting. You can also hear the people above you walking. Parking was convenient but, the parking lot is very small, so parking is tight from the alley to the parking lot. I would stay here again.

The bathroom light was out the entire stay, they said they were going to get someone out the next day to fix it and the person never came. There is a family that lives above the unit so I wish they were transparent about that because the family makes noise early in the morning and late at night. You can hear them fighting, crying, slamming the doors and running up and down the stairs. I understand the walls are thin but when I say you definitely can’t get a good ’s night sleep because of how loud they are.
