Even though I didn't get to enjoy the stay as much as i wanted to due to family personal issues . The place was great clean and i fel at home . One of the best safety i LOved was the front door automatically locked and me having kids it was fantastic. Toys for them to play i would more than love to visit again! HOST IS GREAT!!!

This was a comfortable house. It is located on a somewhat busy street with two lanes of traffic. Entering and exiting the driveway took some time and careful driving. It was an easy place to stay in.

The house was in a pretty sorry state. It looked like a bunch of college kids had just moved out. Minimal furniture, the couch looks like it was picked up off the street. Dirt/grime all over the walls/light switch plates. The back slider handle was half attached. Overall, just nit an inviting or comfortable environment. We stayed here about 20 minutes, then decided to pay for a hotel room for our 4 day stay in Fresno.

Cleanliness and maintenance are extremely important to us, and this is not consistent with the experience the vast majority of our guests have had. The home is professionally cleaned before each stay, and we would have immediately addressed any concerns had we been notified during your visit. Unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to resolve the issues before you chose to leave. We take comments about maintenance seriously and will inspect the items you mentioned to ensure everything meets our standards. That said, the property is accurately represented in the listing photos and description, and many guests have found it comfortable and enjoyable for their stay in Fresno. We truly wish you had reached out during your stay so we could have made it right.
