The Seachase was very clean and the beach and ocean views were amazing.. parking was a breeze and host for 102c was also great.. highly recommend

Our condo had a gate on the balcony that opens and we were right by the hot tub and pool and an entry way to the beach. It was perfect! Inside was gorgeous and clean. We will be back again!

Such a perfect place. Location could not get any better…no could the ease of going to and from the beach. Loved the secure parking lot. The condo was clean, well stocked, decorated perfectly. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great. Only a few steps from the beach, hot tub and pool. It was very clean with all the furniture in great shape. My only recommendation to the owners would be to add smart TV access and to fix the guest bedroom so it at least connects to the dish network. Otherwise, the condo was perfect for our stay.

A Special Place That Needs Better Cleaning and Care

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were really disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of this condo, especially because it was where my parents stayed during their winters in Orange Beach. Coming back with my mom made this trip especially meaningful, and my siblings hope to bring Mom back next year. It was such a shame the condo was not better cared for.The location is wonderful, but the condo’s condition took away from our stay. From arrival, it was clear it had not been properly cleaned. There was sand/debris on the entry mat and dirty floors. After removing our shoes, our feet were black after walking around briefly.The patio was dirty and sandy and had not been swept. The rugs were dirty, and the rug by the front door was a trip hazard, so we had to roll it up.The kitchen needed cleaning. Dishes had food on them, coffee cups had residue, and silverware was dirty. We ran everything through the dishwasher before using it.The under-counter ice maker had visible pink and black mold in the ice bin, so we could not use it. It needs thorough cleaning and sanitizing for future guests.There was food stuck on the sofa, and the furniture needs deep cleaning or replacement. The chair slipcovers had food/debris in the chairs. The second bathroom toilet seat needs replacement.Around 9:30 p.m. the first night, we discovered the ground-level master bedroom sliding glass door was unlocked and would not lock. Security came and manually pulled the lock into place so it could be secured. We appreciated her help, but it was not repaired, so we could not use the door for the rest of our stay. A secure door is especially important for a ground-level bedroom.A gate leading to the front of the building next to ours was also broken and should be addressed for safety.This condo has great potential. A deep cleaning, attention to the kitchen, floors and patio, cleaning the ice maker, cleaning/replacing rugs and furniture, and needed maintenance would once again make

Excellent Property in very well run high rise

Our rental condo was beautiful, clean and well stocked. We loved it the moment we walked in. It was a first floor unit so I could walk out to the property and the beach which my wife and I both loved. We will certainly be looking to book this same unit in the future.

Great condo on first floor

This condo is beautiful and very well equipped. Being on the first floor it has to walk out sliding doors where you can directly access the pool area and the beach. This is the only place my wife and I prefer to stay. Plenty of amenities and plenty of shopping and eating nearby. Beaches were never overcrowded.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Beautiful Views!

This was our first stay in Orange Beach and we definitely chose the perfect condo. It was RIGHT on the beach, just feet to the gate to walk out to the beach. Had never stayed in a ground floor unit but it was just perfect for us and we will stay again soon! I loved being able to see and hear the gulf from the spacious patio and you could also see the same view from the master suite. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was sparkling clean. We had everything we needed and it was just so convenient and comfortable. I can’t wait to return
