Contemporary Hamptons retreat. Clean 2-Level Spacious home with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. First floor has two bedrooms & one bath. two living rooms. The front living room is sunken in and is one step down. It has a sectional couch, a Large TV, and a recliner. Office/Workspace has a computer and printer.
Eat in the kitchen with gas stove top and electric double oven. Den and sunroom. The second floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedrooms upstairs have vaulted ceiling, double closest, room darkening blinds, A/C units, with a comfortable queen-sized beds.
Full bath with a deep tub and shower.
There is a Playroom with a TV, & Laundry is in the basement. Enjoy a heated Inground pool, Sunroom for poolside dining, Lush Gardens, Birdsong, Gas BBQ, Bluestone patio with Dining area. Outdoor Shower/bathroom.
