FIRST FLOOR:

LIVING ROOM - NEW sectional sofa, smart TV, wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided), board gams and kid's toys

KITCHEN - Dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker (*FREE* K cups, coffee grounds, filters, creamer and sugar provided), toaster, coffee mugs, wine glasses, dishware & flatware. A start up supply of dishwasher detergent, trash bags & paper towels are provided.

LAUNDRY - stacked washer and dryer set located in the kitchen pantry (start up supply of detergent pods provided)

BEDROOM 1 - King bed, nightstands with touch lamps, closet with hangers and smart TV

BATHROOM 1 - Single vanity, toilet, shower/bathtub combo, towels and toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and makeup wipe)

SECOND FLOOR LOFT:

BEDROOM 2 - Two sets of twin bunk beds, lounge chair, smart TV and dresser

BATHROOM 2 - Single vanity, toilet, shower/bathtub combo, towels and toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and makeup wipe)

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

- Free parking available in the lot adjacent to the condo building

- 2-story condo, 3 steps to enter from walkway, 1 step to enter from front door

This cozy condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well decorated! Location couldn’t have been better, right next to the market, skiing and tubing! We will definitely be staying again and telling our friends all about it!

Overall, we were very happy with our experience. Property was as described, very clean and provided nice amenities (i.e., full size shampoo/conditioner). Check in and out was very easy and parking was reasonably close to property entry. Resort where property located is well-maintained, on-site market and gas was a great convenience, and there are several wonderful mountain views throughout to enjoy.

We had a a great stay at Laurelwood! The condo was very clean, well stocked, and in a great / convenient location. Communication with the BSG team was excellent as well. We look forward to coming back some time in the future!
