To ensure an exceptional guest experience, a signed rental agreement is required prior to arrival, along with the names and ages of all individuals occupying the property. Please note that pets are not permitted in the Arts District West residences due to HOA regulations, and we regret we are unable to make any exceptions. This condo is perfect-- brand new, well maintained, well-stocked, perfect location, walkable to nearly everything you want/need in Jackson. It was even nicer in person than it appears in pictures! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Great space for our family. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. It was an incredible location. Just be forewarned - the parking is super tight, especially if there's a car parked in the space on the corner. We were barely able to get in and out. Other than that, the place was perfect for our family.
