The second floor also features a dining area, a cozy living room, a pullout sofa in the living room, a second full bathroom, a washer/dryer, and a spacious deck with outdoor seating and beautiful bay views.

The upper deck leads down to either the front porch or the fenced backyard, offering plenty of space to unwind. The backyard includes a small garden, a BBQ, and room for kids to play safely. With AC, fans, and space heaters, the home is comfortable year-round. Thoughtful touches like a safety gate at the top of the stairs make it ideal for families with young children. There is beach access across the road, if you pass over the road to the empty lot there are some adirondack chairs set up for your use as well as stairs to the beach.
