Jim, we're happy to hear you enjoyed your stay! We're sorry you weren't able to utilize the hot tub but as you can see our response to the previous review, it is scheduled to be repaired when the weather warms up. Thank you for your review and we are looking forward to the opportunity to host you again in the future! Best, the Evolve Team

Hi Shanell, thanks for taking the time to leave this review. We are glad that overall you enjoyed the stay and sorry that few aspects fell short of your expectation. The homeowners have discussed your comments with their cleaners and are committed to maintaining the highest standard for cleaning. As mentioned in the listing, guests are supposed to bring/rent bed linens. Homeowners ensure that clean mattress protectors/sheets on each bed are ready for bed linens brought by guests. As per instructions shared with you, only septic-safe toilet paper is supposed to be used in toilets, as anything else may cause clogging. Blinds on the back door are cordless and supposed to be lifted up/down using both hands. There are instructions near the blinds explaining the correct way to operate, and incorrect operation might have led to missing slats. The homeowners would certainly have appreciated an opportunity to address your concerns immediately and during your stay, especially when they sent their property manager to address an unrelated question you had. The homeowners work diligently to ensure their home is maintained and clean to the highest standards and take guest satisfaction seriously. We are confident this home will continue to host many happy guests! Best, the Evolve Team

Hi Dan, Thank you for letting us know about your stay. The homeowner would like to pass along the following: "Thanks for taking the time to leave the review. We take our guests' experience seriously and are sorry that your experience was not up to the mark. Our cleaners make sure that the house is clean and that there is gas in the propane tank before each guest checks-in. During your week-long stay, the propane in the tank was used, and we could not arrange for a refill immediately. We gave you the option of waiting a couple of hours for us, but you decided to refill it from the local gas station. Thank you for letting us know that the towel rack fell after you accidentally bumped into it. We also inspected all of the kitchen utensils, and we found one cracked baking pan and one dull knife out of six. We are replacing these items. We will continue to keep the house clean, welcoming and guest-ready." Best, the owner and the Evolve Team

Mary, thank you for your review. We understand that the owners addressed all your questions prior to check-in, including linens, towels, hot tub instructions and trash procedures. Most of this information is also available on the listing before making the reservation. The owners received communication from you with some of the issues mentioned below one day after your check-out, the same day that they received the post-checkout report from their cleaners. Incidentally, some of the issues you mention were also reported by the cleaners and are being taken care of. The owners would have loved the opportunity to immediately address any issues you noticed during your stay. We understand that they also accommodated early check-in request from you. The owners take responsiveness and guest satisfaction seriously and would love to have your group back again soon. We are confident that you will have the best possible experience and this home will continue to host many happy guests! Best, the Evolve Team

Hi Kristy, thank you for your review. We wanted to pass along the following feedback from the homeowners: Hi Kristy, we are glad that you enjoyed the space and game room. As soon as you reached out to us, we rectified the minor issues you pointed out. The floor had been thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. It dried quickly after a nearby air vent, which got blocked by mistake, was opened. You informed our cleaners that you were quite happy with their prompt action. We are sorry that you still felt disappointed. We will continue to provide a clean and welcoming environment for our guests, and hope to have you back again soon. Thank you.
