Welcome to Your Coastal Retreat, Dune Haven Luxury Lodge!

Tucked beside the dunes at Silver Sands, this modern, dog-friendly lodge is designed for comfort and relaxation. With open-plan living, two luxurious bedrooms, and a South facing private deck for sunny mornings or evening stargazing, it’s the perfect base for exploring the Moray Coast/Speyside.

Inside, enjoy thoughtful coastal décor, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and all the essentials for a smooth stay. Direct beach access means you're only steps from the sea.

Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a beachside adventure, Dune Haven is where unforgettable coastal memories begin.

Guest access
This rental is for our beautiful lodge. Please note, use of the park’s facilities, including the pool and clubhouse, requires a pass purchased directly from Silver Sands Holiday Park reception. Some facilities are seasonal and only open on the weekends from late November to March. Please contact the park directly for rates and availability.

Please remember that this our holiday home and we will appreciate you leaving it as you found it.

~ Towels: We provide hand and tea towels, but guests must bring their own bath towels.

~ Arrival: Our pitch is conveniently located with direct access to the dunes and beach, offering stunning views and easy beach access.

~ Check-In/Check-Out: Specific times and instructions will be provided before your arrival.

~ Pet Policy: We welcome dogs for a fee of £50 per stay.

~ Parking: You can park directly beside the Lodge for easy access.
Please DO NOT charge your vehicle from the Lodge - there is an electric car charging point on site at the rear of the entertainment complex.

~ Facilities: Access to Silver Sands Holiday Park’s paid facilities (such as the pool at any time or the clubhouse after 6pm) requires a pass purchased directly from the park.

The stay was really good. We didn’t end up bringing our dog in the end but would have been an excellent location and accommodation for someone with a dog. Rooms were spacious and we had everything we could need in bedrooms/ bathrooms a kitchen. Host communication was excellent and very clear and the pictures and description of the property and the amenities were accurate. Being on a general site meant we could access the arcade/ bar/ fish bar etc and we also charged out EV on site which was super helpful as we couldn’t get any of the chargers in Elgin etc to work.

Having explored Scotland from top to bottom and ventured across the world, we’ve experienced everything from luxury escapes to off-the-beaten-path adventures. Through it all, we’ve come to appreciate the little things that make a stay truly special—a warm welcome, a cozy space, and those thoughtful touches that make you feel at home.

We fell in love with Lossiemouth’s rugged coastline, endless sandy beaches, and breathtaking views, and we knew this was the perfect place to create a seaside retreat where guests could unwind and experience Scotland’s natural beauty.

We absolutely adore our fur baby, which is why Dune Haven Luxury Lodge is dog-friendly - we know how important it is to bring your four-legged companion on your travels! However, due to severe allergies, we unfortunately can’t accommodate cats. We’re truly sorry about this and appreciate your understanding.

When we’re not hosting, you’ll find us exploring Scotland’s hidden gems, hiking scenic trails, and discovering new places. We love a good road trip, whether it’s a journey through the Highlands, the islands, or the Speyside Whisky Trail. We also enjoy hunting for the best local cafés, seafood spots, and cozy pubs - and we’re always happy to share our recommendations!

If there’s a chance to spot dolphins, chase a sunset, or enjoy a dram of whisky by the fire, we’ll take it!

We’re passionate about the environment, and this has led us to find ways of keeping things out of landfills. We part-time sell vintage finds in pursuit of this passion, and we also love upcycling and crafting to breathe new life into old treasures. From carefully curated decor to thoughtful sustainable choices, we bring this passion into everything we do - including how we’ve styled Dune Haven Luxury Lodge.

We fell in love with the beauty of West Beach, Lossiemouth, and wanted to create a lluxurious, relaxing retreat where guests can unwind and enjoy the stunning Scottish coast. Lossiemouth is a truly special place, and from the moment we discovered it, we knew it was somewhere we wanted to share with others. There's something magical about the golden sandy beaches, dramatic dunes, and ever-changing coastal skies that make every visit feel like an escape from the everyday.

One of our favorite things to do is walk along West Beach, taking in the fresh sea air and watching the waves roll in. And of course, spotting dolphins in the Moray Firth never gets old! 🐬✨
