Prestigious Condado Santa Elena with a Discounted Rate Per Night.
Bring the whole family to this beautiful comfortable house in prestigious Condado Santa Elena. 25 minutes to Surf City, and other beaches in La Libertad, 40 minutes from airport, 5 minutes to US embassy. All the entertainment and night life of San Salvador, prestigious Zona Rosa, shopping malls and supermarkets are also nearby. About 2 minutes to the right of Texaco is Plaza Paradiso, where you can eat, buy beer, there are hair salons. Free health clinic across from gas station.
The space
4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. All bathrooms are fully equipped. Additionally, there is a guest half bath on the 1st floor, as well as 1 bedroom with a queen size bed.
All bedrooms on 2nd floor have TVs.
A/C in all rooms. Black out curtains thru the house.

Pets are allowed, but there is a $75.00 pet fee.
$10.00 per night, per additional person, after the 8 people allowed under the regular fee.
