1) Shoes off at the door. 2) This is a no smoking property, including outdoors. If you're a smoker, please reconsider to avoid racking up fines/fees.
3) Burst pipes are bad. During winter, heat has to be maintained at 65 degrees (laundry room!), sink cabinets left open, and sinks left dripping.
4) This home has VERY sensitive plumbing. Go light on the TP. Don't flush objects down the toilet. Remove hair from drain. No oil in kitchen drain.

Priced fairly. Traveled for a work trip and had all basic amenities that you would find in the comfort of your own home. Location wise, this property is just outside of Downtown Pittsburgh in a quiet neighborhood. The property was clean when we arrived and excellent communication with property manager during the stay.
