Convenient location to DeRidder and Leesville. New condo. Very clean grounds. Very clean condo. Easy access to front door. Quiet. No sounds from neighbors or traffic. Comfortable beds and excellent AC. Owner quick to respond to questions and accommodating when we needed to extend our stay by 2 days. Highly recommend.
