Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo, private balcony, and one reserved covered parking space in the underground garage. Additional guest parking is a 3-minute walk away. Enjoy use of the shared pool, hot tub, and BBQ grill (grill by the pool only). Complimentary jet ski/boat parking is available at the front docks on a first-come basis.
Please note:
- No access to Horseshoe Bay Resort amenities beyond those mentioned above.
- Condo is on the 4th floor with elevator access. If elevator is out, stair access is required.
- Pets are considered on a case by case basis, there will be an additional pet fee if approved.
Other Things to Note:
- One reserved, covered space in the underground garage. Additional parking is available nearby (3-minute walk).
- Trailer parking is not available at the condo but is available nearby at the boat launch.
- The communal pool, hot tub, and grill are open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note that grill on patio in photos is no longer available. Grill by pool area is available for guests use.
- Complimentary boat/jet ski parking is available at the docks in front of the condo (first-come, first-served basis). There is also a nearby public boat launch.
- The Horseshoe Bay Resort amenities are not included with this property, except for the communal pool, hot tub, grill, The Waterfront Bar and Grill, and boat & jet ski rentals at the marina which is open to the public.
- The building has an elevator maintained by the Condo Association. Elevator outages are beyond our control. Note that this unit is on the 4th floor and will require walking up stairs if the elevator is out of service.
- Washer and dryer located inside unit.
- Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available.
- Early Check-in/Late Checkout: At this time, we cannot offer or guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts due to the high volume of back-to-back guests this season. Our team needs adequate time to clean and inspect the property to ensure it’s perfect for each guest's arrival. We always do our best to get the property ready as quickly as possible, and if it becomes available for check-in before 4 PM, you will be notified.
Check-in/Checkout: Early check-ins and late checkouts not guaranteed due to high guest volume; Check in is 10 AM and check out is 4 PM.
Local Attractions: Restaurants and a grocery store within 5 minutes; Marble Falls shopping 10 minutes away. Reserve at Bayview Restaurant for excellent steak and seafood. Explore Marble Falls, Austin, San Antonio, and 67 nearby wineries and breweries.
Features Description
• Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A unique door code will be sent to you 24 hours before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys..
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. Please keep noise levels down to respect our neighbors.
• Age: All guests must be 18+ with the exception of children with their parents.
• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
• Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the trash containers next to the driveway.
There are trash bins by the front entrance gate for your convenience.
• Pets: Please note if pets are not previously approved before check-in, a charge of $400 per pet will be charged to unauthorized pets.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We charge $25 per hour for all requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.
• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• Smoking, of any kind, is strictly forbidden on the entire property- inside & outside, and all trash needs to be properly disposed of.
• We will email you a Rental Release Agreement after booking. This agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Reservations may be canceled if the agreement is not signed. This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager Guesty.
• A Security Deposit, of $300, must be paid prior to check-in and are refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided there are no damages to the property. Security deposit & rental agreement will be sent after the booking is confirmed.
• We can host a maximum of 8 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.
• All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.
• We look forward to hosting all our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, giving special attention to high-touch areas, using commercial grade anti-microbial agents, and having bed sheets and bath towels professionally laundered between each guest stay. However, no guarantee will be made that our properties are "completely sterile" or "COVID-free", just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.
• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds on cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is inexpensive and a great way to protect your funds in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation. We understand that last-minute cancellations for guests who choose to not purchase travel insurance can be a burden, however, we are required to uphold our owners' cancellation policies in order to protect their only sources of income and keep their properties in the business. Please book responsibly and we appreciate your understanding.
• Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
• Please note that we’re using a residential refrigerator, which can take several hours to cool, especially if it’s fully stocked.
