The house has its own entrance, with two bedrooms, one with queen bed and the second with two single beds. There is a well appointed bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, separate laundry room and spacious lounge which leads onto a patio with beautiful views of the mountain and nearby vlei. There is off-street parking for two cars.
The patio is perfect for having sundowners while having a braai /barbeque and enjoying the view.
Muizenberg Beach is 5 minutes' drive away, with St. James and Kalk Bay offering interesting shops, restaurants and tidal pools, just around the corner.
Walks in the Mountain behind Lynx Vista are on your doorstep, with windsurfing, kayaking and sailing on Zandvlei a stone's throw away.
Wifi and TV is included, plus there is an office chair and desk to do business, if needed.
Travelling to Cape Town city along the M3 is an easy, half-hour drive outside peak times.
