This Luxury Vacation Home has Four Bedrooms, Two Full Baths, Central Air-Conditioning and Over 2,000 square feet of Living Space for up to 14 Guests. Beautifully Decorated and Furnished with Modern Comforts. Located Directly on Hubbard Lake.

First Floor: Full Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Area, One Queen Bedroom and One Full Bed Room, Full Bath, Laundry Room/ Mud Room.

Second Floor: Over-sized Master Bedroom with Two Queen Beds, Over-sized Second Bedroom ;One Full Bed and 3 Twins, Full Bath.

Amenities Include 40 foot dock(from Memorial Day thru Labor Day ), row boat, play area, lawn furniture, picnic tables, fire pit - firewood provided (not maintained after Labor Day/unless requested) and gas grill with propane provided. Wi-Fi, Cable Service. Check-out cleaning included.

Bring your own Boat or Rent a Pontoon Boat from the Local Marina, you are responsible for any damage either way.

Located directly on Hubbard Lake, the second largest inland lake in the state in one of Michigan’s premiere resort areas. Ideally suited for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, water-skiing, canoeing, kayaking and all outdoor sports. Other nearby recreational activities available include golf, hiking, off-road trails, and seasonal color tours. Alpena is just a 30-minute drive where you can also take in a movie, festival, live theater production, or enjoy shopping in downtown.

We welcome hunters, snowmobilers, ice-fisherman and winter lovers to enjoy this majestic space on the shores of Hubbard Lake. Hubbard Lake covers 8,850 acres and is seven miles long (north-south) and two miles wide. It has a maximum depth of 85 feet with an average depth of 32.6 feet. The lake spans three townships: Caledonia, Alcona, and Hawes. This lake is known for its excellent bass, trout, walleye and yellow perch fishing and as a winter ice-fishing spot.

Summer weekly Rate: Rate plus Michigan Sales Tax and Refundable Security Deposit. Off- Season Nightly Rate, Minimum Two Nights, Plus Tax and Security Deposit.
