Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please remove all sheets & towels and place in the laundry baskets.
Please leave all shams, comforters & mattress pads on beds.
Please fold all extra blankets & return to closets.
Please return deck chairs to their original location.
Please close and lock all windows/sliding glass door.
Please set thermostat to 74 degrees (Summer) & 55 (winter).
Please remove all garbage and place in outside containers
Do a last walkthrough to check for any personal items.
Leave 2 parking passes on kitchen island. Put keys back in lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
