Charming Old Town Studio – Walk to Everything!

Old Town Park City. This permitted newly constructed cozy studio is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Walk to Old Town’s restaurants, shops and bars only 2 blocks away. Centrally located directly between Park City Mountain and Old Town Lift, less than a 10 minute walk to either. 1/2 block Park City Library where you can pick up the free bus to all locations in Park City. Our studio features a super premium queen mattress and linens, large screen smart TV and high speed internet. An efficiency kitchen with seating for 2 as well as 2 comfortably chairs to lounge in while enjoying your coffee in the morning or wine after coming off the slopes. There is a walk in closet to store all your ski/snowboard clothing as well as a private ski locker in our private car port. We also provide a coveted parking pass that will allow you to park in Old Town during your visit if you are driving.
Enjoy a cocktail from our honesty bar! Our small development shares a private, secluded hot tub that is accessible 24 hours a day. There is a washer and dryer room located just next to our studio that is shared with the other units. Don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy everything Old Town Park City has to offer in this conveniently located studio suite. Ask about our one bedroom two bath unit in the same townhouse that you can book together for additional space.

We wanted a neighborhood that offered the ability to walk to all of the Restaurants and shops in Old Town as well as the Park City Lifts.

What makes this property unique

Our property is very special, not only is it conveniently located it is also very cozy and comfy. We have an ultra premium mattress, 2 very comfortable chairs and well stocked kitchenette as well as hi speed internet and a smart television.
