1st Floor 3 Bedroom Condo at Ventana Canyon 85750
Spacious Condominium near Ventana Canyon features all new tile floors and furniture. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ground floor end unit, Corian Countertops, WIFI, DirecTV Cable (Living room and master BR) with over 130 channels and a covered parking space. For Long Term (more than one month) stays, send me a message and we can work on the rates!
The unit is equipped with:
-Reverse Osmosis System
- Smart Tv's
- Coffee Maker
- Toaster Oven
- Blender
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ Cooking utensils
First floor end unit a 1,173 sq. ft. of space, adjacent to the pool and gym. Just a few steps to get to the pool which is heated on winter!
NOTE: There is 3 steps down from the parking lot and 3 steps up to get into the condo.
Also, you may hear footsteps or noises (pipes) since there is a unit above the condo (unit above used by snowbirds, Nov-Apr approx.)
I will provide:
2 soap bars per bathroom
2 paper rolls per bathroom
2 0.7 Oz shampoo and conditioner per bathroom
1 paper towel in the kitchen
6 Bath towels
6 Beach towels
6 Hand towels
6 Wash towels
Trash bags and dishwasher detergent will be provided as well.
4 complementary 16.9 oz. bottles of water
Complementary Coffee
Cleaning supplies are in the storage room.
The property has 3 sparkling pools (2 heated in the winter), 2 Hot Tubs.
- For Long Term (more than one month) stays, send me a message and we can work on the rates!
- Cleaning supplies are in the storage room. If you run out of any supplies it will be under your own expense.

Rugs and Sofas are washed and cleaned by a professional company every time someone is checking in.
Also, the condo is sanitized
