Walking distance to multiple parks and Summit Waves water park. This centrally located home is within a 30 min drive of the following: The Plaza, Chiefs and Royals stadiums, Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun, The West Bottoms, downtown KC, Nelson Atkins Museum and Powell Gardens.

Third Bedroom: KFinished attic with a King Sized bed + trundle bed (two twin beds) and a smart TV — perfect for kids or additional guests, closet

Shower is not wheelchair accessible due to space constraints.



Train and road noise are noticeable (fan, ear plugs, white noise machine available).



Finished upstairs space has slanted ceilings, A/C and heat



HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking/Vaping/Marijuana inside the home, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings or No Unregistered guests. Please indicate the number of guests prior to booking.



Be kind to the neighbors.

Do NOT block their parking spots/driveways.



If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



PETS:

We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.

Guests must clean up after their pets (dog waste stations provided). Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.

Pets must not be left unattended in the home or yard, and are not permitted on furniture.
